Personal Training
Who for?
Great flexible option for everyone whether you have a specific goal (sports event, a holiday, a wedding), have limited time or simply need some extra motivation (returning from injury, pre/post natal).
What?
An exclusive session that complements other fitness workouts, providing an individually tailored fitness program.
After a complimentary consultation, we will work with you to develop suitable goals. Then, using a combination of resistance training and cardio work, we build an individual training schedule that suits your unique requirements and weekly timetable.
We use methods and techniques that you won’t find in your health club and are always in regular contact to answer any questions via phone or e-mail.
At girlsup4fit we aim to make personal training affordable through a variety of different programs tailored to your needs. You can see us as little or as much as you require. We also provide different packages focusing on sport specific training, weight loss, strength training etc. Please contact us for further details.
All trainers are fully qualified and registered with Fitness Australia.

Throughout parks in central Melbourne including Albert Park, Birrarung Marr, The Tan and Faulkner Park.
When?
girlsup4fit operates 7 days a week from 5.30am until 9pm.
Group outdoor workouts
Who for?
Sessions are suitable for everyone whether you are in your spring or autumn years, a lady of leisure, a hardworking mum or a high-flying executive with a hectic schedule! The number of women per session is limited to a maximum of 10.
What?
All workouts are themed to help address particular female problem areas. Sessions offer an assortment of:
- Body weight and band resistance training
- Circuit training (speed, agility and quickness development)
- Running drills, fartlek and interval training
- Relay races and team games
- Cardio boxing
- Core strength, body toning and balance work
- Stretching techniques

‘Wakeup and shake up’ – early morning session
‘Don’t lounge about, get up and out’ – lunchtime session
